Very comfortable accommodation. Warm welcome from owner Marie who was friendly and helpful. Treat to also have garden space in which to sit. Cottage well furnished with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Very well placed for local amenities. Sad to leave and hope to return again. Big thanks to Marie for making my stay so enjoyable.

I loved my Christmas stay in Fonseca Cottage.
I loved my Christmas stay in Fonseca Cottage. I was very cosy with the wood burning stove and the normal heating also kept the cottage lovely and warm throughout. The cottage is spotlessly clean and well equipped. I particularly loved the location just a short walk from Aberfeldy centre. I can highland recommend the Birks cinema, Dewars distillery, and the various coffee shops listed in the booklet with the cottage, I think I tried most of them!! I even tried one on Christmas Day open to raise funds for Tayside Mountain Rescue. Further afield the Highland Chocolatier had two visits and also Cluny House Gardens with its red squirrels was a treat. Aberfeldy is a lovely friendly place to visit, especially if you are a solo visitor like me and Fonseca cottage is a beautiful cottage, the owner is super friendly too and happy to provide anything you find that the cottage is missing for you. I am already thinking about a return visit during 2025 as I enjoyed my stay so much.

Fab little cottage in a great location within Aberfeldy. Cottage is well equipped and we loved the large bedroom with an extremely comfortable bed. Marie the owner very welcoming and friendly. Aberfeldy is great for your furry friends, fabulous walks and allowed in most pubs and eateries. Definitely recommend and will return.
