DO NOT STAY HERE. I felt extremely unsafe after the receptionist was either too drunk or high to check us into our hotel. I had to help and physically go through his stack of papers to match my ID with the name on the paper because he could not. No one seemed to be surprised by the man’s level of intoxication either. I don’t know how this place is even running.
I didn’t even get a refund either. This place should be shut down

I booked this place on Expedia because the ratings were relatively high when compared with the modest price and closeness to downtown Seattle. When I checked in, what I learned says it all.........."It is commonly used by guests going on a cruise with CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES". Carnival in my view, is the Motel 6 of cruise lines............the bottom of the food chain. So the place was just.............fair. Needs major updating. Very slow elevators. Noisy a/c's that go on and off during the night (perhaps to dampen the screaming or gun shots on the outside) The area is also just fair, so if you are going for a walk at night, either have a concealed-carry permit or stay within a few blocks where there are a handful of pretty good local eateries. Lot of homeless people nearby, so be prepared for that. Lots of drug users too, and not talking about marijuana. Seattle used to be such a beautiful city. You can still walk(during the day) to Pike's Place Market, the Aquarium and the Space Needle. Next time I go to Seattle, I would pay more and stay in a nicer place and neighborhood.

Great location large room. No in room information about facilities within the hotel. Was unaware of the no smoking policy and instead had to suffer constant smoke from neighbouring balconies. Food service on site very good and friendly staff. Housekeeping disappointing given that our room was only serviced twice during 5 day stay. Housekeeping need more supervision as we observed staff in corridors constantly on their phones. We left our room before 9 each day and returned after lunch and room had not been touched. Staff failed to handle a request for a step to help climb onto the very high bed and offered either a chair or step ladder to assist.
