Our room was on the 3rd floor though and help with our luggage would have been wonderful. The place is clean and the beds comfortable. The doors wouldn’t stay open though and the washer/dryer combo is small, and takes forever! There were directions for every appliance but that. Minor issue with check in as I did not receive code but got there in the nick of time before staff left. Issue with shower cubicle in en suite room. Water was not running out while showering and run the risk of it flooding and so couldn't use that shower. Two bathrooms available which was a bonus. Pillows are hard.The apartment itself was up 2 flights of stairs.No elevator The listing made no mention of that.3 days later I went to request an extra General Waste bag,the lady at Reception,mid lenghth hair with highlights no glasses spoke to me sharply.She said there was an extra General waste bag on the worktop.There wasn't.
