Honestly for what I paid this hotel was worth it. Breakfast included at restaurant in lobby and was great. Clean and new hotel. Only small complaint I have is the walls are thin and I can hear all the tipsy old people outside my door in the middle of the night.

Check in was great. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The place us simple but clean and close to everything. We stayed to see a show at Maine Savings Amphitheater. There is a gated area for dogs to run around. The grass was freshly cut when we arrived.

Hotel and surroundings are great, we had a wonderful dinner and service at the on site restaurant. My only complaint was the room was very noisy. I believe they have a problem in the ventilation. I reported it when leaving.
