Aashpura Temple

I checked in to sleep and but had trouble sleeping because of nearby party. When I raised my concern, it was properly addressed. General manager of the hotel personaly talked to me, understood my concern and not just apologized but rightly compensated with food and royal tour of the palace. He even offered free accommodation for another day but my trip plan didn't allow me to take it. Mr. Shyam singh from front office courtesly explained the palace and royal dynasty. It is not the goodies, free food or the tour that impressed me to give 5 stars but the courtesy of the General manager and Shyam singh in understanding my concern and placing customer satisfaction over everything else. I will be looking forward to stay again when I come back to Jodhpur. My heartfelt true feedback is to compliment the hotel staff and hope it help future guests.

Amazing, really enjoyed the Raas, especially for the environmentally conscious traveller - no plastics bottles used. Fantastic views from our hotel balcony, great breakfast and dinners. I have sensitive stomach and food hygiene is great here (able to have fruit juices, salads, ice with my drink) as they use RO water. Reception/concierge very helpful - they even sourced medication for us (anti histamine). As soon as you step foot in the reception, you felt calm… and that’s how we left after 2 nights here!
