The apartment has an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, cookware, dishes and other essentials for preparing meals. A dining table for two also works well as a laptop-friendly workspace, with fast WiFi available throughout. The queen-size bed measures 150x200 cm and comes with warm duvets and hypoallergenic pillows. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light, while darkening curtains help create a comfortable sleeping environment. A private bathroom with a shower, 43-inch Samsung Smart TV, heating, towels, hairdryer and iron complete the space. Guests can also use the free laundry room on the ground floor.

Guests should note that a transformer station behind the building can occasionally produce a low, constant sound when nearby windows are open.
