If you have young kids, this is hands down one of the best resorts. Our kids had an absolute blast, and there were so many activities that kept them entertained throughout our stay.
My biggest complaint was the food. The quality didn’t match the high prices, and we found most of the meals to be pretty underwhelming. We ended up leaving the resort to eat for the majority of our trip. I also wish there were more dining options on the property, as the selection felt limited. A full-service room service menu would be a great addition as well, especially for families with young children after a long day at the pools.
If the dining experience were improved, this would easily be a five-star resort for families.
