"The property needs renovations specifically inside the room. There was no toilet paper holder, the AC made strange sounds at night. But the wors thing is the other people inside thebproperty apparently they live here. And we felt watched at all times. At night we coulnt sleep because there was two people outside taliking for kver an hour.we though there were listening to see if we were asleep. At 5am outside of the room there was a tall tree with many birds singing. One of the reasons we stayed here was because our property manager send someone to put pesticide. And this hotel wasbour first option. We were really tired and all we wanted was to rest, which we couln't. And forgot to mention the shower from the other rooms was liud, we could hear everything. "

"This is not my first time here , but it will definitely be my last .yesterday i went out early came back ans the room wasn't cleaned i called downstairs and asked the front desk for fresh towels,she told me i needed to come down and get since she didnt gave anyone to bring them up.i saud okay, the next day as i was leaving out the hotel i told the front deck no one came yesterday to clean the room came you make sure someone cleaned it today i need fresh clean linen and towels and another roll toilet paper she said okay.she gonna make sure someone cleans it today...i return from dinner and to my surprise the room still has not been cleaned immediately called downstairs and told the front she told me the rooms get cleaned every other day i could not believe it.and i told her i needed an extra roll of tissue and cleaned towels she told me to come downstairs to get it...i have never had tgis type of experience in any hotel ever "

"This was the most dirtiest place I have ever been to before. The room smelled awful there were burgers smeared all over the walls, stains all over literally everything walls counters and the window curtain even had blood on it. The toilets don’t flush. Burns all over the toilet seat and all the pubes in the sink. Absolutely awful stay far away from this chain. I also have photos of everything as proof."

"We did not receive address or check in information prior to arrival. After owner did not respond we had to contact VRBO customer help desk. Rep was extremely helpful and helped us obtain adress and check in info. (She even stayed with us till we were in.) We still have not heard anything from owner. A plate on table had a little food on it. Looks like property is subject to flooding.Otherwise OK and pretty quiet."
