"There is a terrible musty, humid, moldy smell that punches you in the face when you walk in. Many of the girls we had staying there had to go get a hotel for the night it was so bad. I’m guessing the pool (or something) has a slow leak and it’s seeping into the foundation and is causing it to sink and mold on one side of the house. This is evident in how sloped the floor is, as they have had to prop up the pool table on one side to keep it level. There was hair, both dead and live bugs in the mattress covers and what looked like a collection of hairy lint in one of the beds also. There are bricks in the backyard that are completely loose and are a tripping hazard also."
