"The property needs help. We did not get the pool view room that we paid for, instead we got a parking lot view room. The bathtub had peeling paint and chipped porcelain. The hotel had sewage issues throughout the weekend and had pump trucks on the main driveway all weekend long. They also chose this weekend to trim the palm trees and allowed debris to fall on the balconies without cleaning it up. The complimentary breakfast was understaffed; the omelet cooks were rude; food wasn't replenished and then the food area flooded mid-breakfast. We had stayed there before and enjoyed it, but this time was a disaster."

"I don’t like the fact you can’t check in until 4pm and water slide close at 5pm and the whole water park area close at 7pm so u really don’t have no time to enjoy the water park you should get more than 3 house to use the water fun that’s the point of coming u can’t enjoy the water park unless u stay for Multiple days"

"First of all. I will stay at this location on future visits to the Phoenix area. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff that I encountered were pleasant and business professional. The swimming pool, though maintained is my only beef. Geez it's open to the blazing Arizona sun but not a deal breaker. My room was comfortable but the sofa was a little worn. Would I stay in the same room again. YES. I didn't use the kitchen items and never opened the cupboards. I'm sure everyone has their opinion about the facility but I was only there for two nights on this my first visit and I was comfortable with all persons contacted while there. Please remember everyone has an opinion about conditions they encounter when lodging. I've been to Asia, Australia, many places in Great Britain, Europe and Mexico. Lodging is different everywhere and my expectations have varied. I was truly surprised at the wonderful conditions here. Yes breakfast was all carbs, a no go for me, I got over it real fast and appreciated the price I paid for lodging. What's to cry about there are many eating places in walking distance. I could go on but it will only be boring to someone. It's not a bad place. It's clean, has good and pleasant employees and convenient to Biltmore Area. If you don't like the facility you could always check out and pay a lot more somewhere else."

"First time in Phoenix and loved location of this hotel. Clean, bright, and inviting. Great little lobby, terrace with tons of seating. Room was clean and super quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lighting was a bit dim in the room. Would stay again!"

"The room was clean; however, this is my second stay at this property where i was unable to enjoy a bath. The firat time, i forgave because they were remodeling. The second time was due to a broken plug. The staff responded quickly, but were unable to repair it. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but my disabled husband was already settled in. Also, the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. I basically paid over $700 for a defective room."
