Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Also, when booking it did not state an additional charge for a late check, but we were told that there would be a late check charge after 9pm.

This is a really beautiful place! You feel like you're in the country and yet only about 15 minutes or so drive to Santiago de Compostela. But the best part was how gracious, friendly, and helpful our hosts, Julia and Julio were! Just a precaution if you have a mid to large size car, parking is really tight, but driving around the area, that seems to be the norm so definitely don't let that deter you from staying at this beautiful place!

We had an okay stay here but wouldn’t stay again. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, many hairs in the shower. The rooms weren’t serviced once and didn’t have many useful amenities (no kettle, no bathroom toiletries like shampoo), couldn’t open the windows and occasionally had a drain smell. Breakfast was ok but very over crowded, had to queue for over five minutes for some hot water on one of the mornings.
However, the staff were helpful and it’s in a good location.

Very nice hotel. Only down side is that it is not near the old town but I never had a problem getting a taxi. Hotel is 1 block from a grocery store and 1 block from a laundromat which was convenient for me.
