I didn’t realize the extent of the issues until the second day, but once I did, it was impossible to ignore. \* The Room & Bed: The bed was incredibly old and honestly disgusting. I’ve taken photos of the condition because it was that bad. \* The Noise Dispensary next door: If you want to sleep, don’t stay here. There is a dispensary next door, and the hotel parking lot was used as a hangout all night long. Between the people and car alarms going off constantly, it was impossible to get any rest. \* The Emergency Alarm: To make matters worse, an "emergency water" alarm went off on Saturday morning around 6am and just kept ringing. It woke up the entire floor and stayed on for hours period. \* There's no one on duty at night to solve issue I am extremely disappointed. This was not a professional lodging environment, and I would not recommend staying here until they address their security, maintenance, and noise control issues. I’ve called the third-party and they said no refund has been issued. I would never stay at this hotel again I warned everybody not to stay there. The bedbugs were full adult adults."
