The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing.
Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.

Difficult to grade as we arrived quite late and left early. The issue we had was that messages were not being delivered regarding check-in from the hotel. There is a note on the Expedia system that says "staff may not be available and check-in codes will be provided". We never received such codes and as such panicked calls were needed by us to Expedia on the day of arrival. They couldn't get in touch with anyone here and we were left wondering what might happen. Finally we spoke to someone who assured us someone would be there to help when we arrived at around 8pm. From then on it was fine, although the door key didn't work initially. Staff that greeted us were pleasant.

Stunning property. Very old Casa with recent modern renovations. Unbelievable host who made us an amazing dinner and breakfast. We are hiking the Camino de Santiago and it was our first very, very hot day. The cerveza's were super cold. The galician octopus served at dinner was so yummy. My husband told the host that he "couldn't have dreamed of a better meal." So thankful that we booked here!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Not only is OLoureiro apartment beautiful, but the entire complex is stunning, with fantastic amenities throughout. The service is exceptional, and the décor and attention to detail are truly impeccable. We are thoroughly impressed and would love to come back very soon. Highly recommended!
