Welcome to 7 oaks country retreat, this full brick house has
been tailored for you and your family’s comfort on 1.5
acres surrounded by large oak trees and soothing
bubbling creek. There is plenty of unique amenities for
your enjoyment including a hot tub, outdoor projector,
hummock swing chairs, fire pit with a rack for grilling,
corn hole, dart board and much more. Our retreat only 30 miles from Charlotte. 13 miles from Albemarle.18 miles from Concord Mills. It’s in quite town of Locust NC.
We love to have you to come visit us to our peaceful but convenient town of Locust in North Carolina.

Great location and stay
Our family stayed here for a long weekend to visit with family that lives in the area. Our family was 10 minutes from the property. It was also easy to get to Charlotte and Greensboro. The house is really clean and the beds are comfortable. Check in and check out was really easy. We are thankful to have found this so we can visit family more often.

Wonderful cottage rental
My family and I stayed at this cottage recently while attending my son's wedding. The cottage was ten minutes from the wedding venue which was very convenient. It is very clean, inside and out, just as the pictures show. It was equipped with everything you would need, from dishes to linens and blankets. I would have loved to watch a movie on the outdoor projector, but it was a little too cold the weekend we went. Although a couple of my family members did experience the hot tub and fire pit. When I needed to message the host, she responded very promptly. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recconmend this rental.

Perfect!
Everything was set up perfectly for us. The house was amazing well stocked and the perfect place for our family to relax between visits to other family in town. The extra touches of the welcome basket and milk and cereal upon arrival were very much appreciated and made it feel like we were staying with family!

Perfect place to stay
My extended family was in town for my daughter’s wedding this past weekend. This home was a very convenient location for us. The entire stay for them was fabulous and no one could find anything that wasn’t perfect about this rental space that felt like their home away from home!! If needing to stay somewhere in this area, I would not hesitate…book this today! We all had a great experience and the owner was so wonderful in communicating before, during & after their stay. Thank you!!!

I'd give this 10-stars if I could. Just beautiful.
This property was luxury all the way. It was clean, relaxing, and the bathrooms were like a high-end spa. We sat outside on the deck, under the huge trees, whenever we could. We can't wait to stay here again. Owner provided luxurious furniture, products and appliances. They even had a welcome basket for us. We had an issue with the hot tub, but the owner came out within an hour and resolved it for us. The house sits just at a curvy hill, so please be cautious when pulling out of the fantastic circular driveway.

Family Getaway for a Long Weekend
7 Oak Country Retreat was perfect for our family for our long weekend visit to the area. The home is clean and it had everything we could possibly need while we were away. Every area of the home is comfortable. We also enjoyed the outside spaces. The host was always responsive and helpful. We hope to return to the area and stay here again.

Ann the property owner was amazing, although we never met. From the time I booked online she extended that southern hospitality above and beyond with active communication and was so sweet to connect with. Her rental was absolutely welcoming and equipped with everything a traveling family would need! A definite 5 star property!!!!!😉
