"This is one of the best houses we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Ed has thought of everything. The house was fully stocked with appropriate appliances, games, pool/beach equipment. It was amazing. It was conveniently located near the Cape May Zoo and a 10 minute drive from the beach. The pool & backyard area were by far the star of the show. Plenty of seating, pool toys, a massive game and backyard area separate from the pool area. We came very excited for our stay and it exceeded our expectations! We were a large group and never felt crowded or in each other’s space. Highly recommend!!"

"Wonderful stay at Sea Glass! Located directly across the street from the trail to the ocean- to a serene and gorgeous beach and less than a mile from Avalon center. Our host Kimberly knows how to make you feel at home. Although this is an older property, it has obviously been completely renovated. The updated galley kitchen has everything you could want and attention to detail like providing a fully stocked spice cabinet, high-quality cutlery, China and glassware. A brand-new barbecue grill, outdoor shower, new beach chairs/cart/umbrella added to the convenience. The beds were very comfortable and central AC kept us cool at night after hot days on the beach. My wife and I were joined by our three adult-aged children however this property would be perfect for two couples and four children as well. Highly recommend!"

"This was a wonderful alternative to a full-week shore rental. The space was very user-friendly for a family of four, and having a separate living room from the bedroom was a game changer. The staff were wonderful, and there were plenty of towels. I would recommend bringing a more comfortable pillow from home and perhaps a mattress topper for the sofa bed if you plan to use it regularly. We didn't use the pool, as it was mostly occupied by young families and seniors, but that was perfectly fine because the beach was just one block away. We also really appreciated having an ice machine and a water refill station. Overall, it was a great stay and a very convenient option for a shore getaway!"

"Sun n sand is a hidden gem in stone harbor. The owners are accommodating and friendly. The spot is in walking distance to downtown and the beach. Price is reasonable. Facility can accommodate all ages and abilities. Love the suites for family and prefer over home rentals for a few days."
