"Lovely hotel, welcoming and extremely helpful staff, room cleaned well daily, water bottles also replaced daily. Great facilities i.e. gym, spa, pool, range of dining options. Easy access to mall. "Wonderful stay ..rooms beautiful ocean views.Rooftop pool open till 10pm.Happy hour A$2 beers ..A$10 cocktails. Food delicous & cheap. Great short free city tour included. Beach club free shuttles ..fabulous turtle hatchery there .Wonderful seafood platter for 2 ...A$33.. Marino Mall attached cheap food, ice creams, souvenirs ,entertainment virtual reality games centre & 9D cinema.. Staff ...fabulous! This is a great hotel offers so much to everyone ! Plus a gift of teas from their plantation on check out ."

"There was no spa in the premises. breakfast was average but the staff were helpful. Room conditions also average . Tbh, this hotel needs proper renovation! "

"The breakfast was great, maybe slightly overpriced compared to others I've experienced across SL. Staff were friendly, room was clean, but very noisy. Struggled to sleep most evenings in a room fronting the main road. Pool area is nice, only 6 sunbeds though. Gym is well equipped but very little room to move about. Nice cafe downstairs and good wifi"
