"The stay was horrible, and will not come back. Hotel reservation was rough, i had hard time confirming my stay, local transportation at the beginning. They can't arrange local transportation to carry luggage when we took seaplane. At our first dinner, we had to pay over $5000 dinner for 4, which was not explained prior to our arrival. "One of the best (if not the best) all-inclusive resort we have ever been to. Fantastic food, very impressive wine brands included in the all-inclusive plan. We had a Grand Pool Villa which was located directly on the beach. A huge privat pool and nice outdoor area. Service in general was above standard, but Renu at the Sunset Polbar was the greatest of them all. We felt like Royals for a week. Some rainy days, but you cant blame the resort for that :-)"

"Dusit Thani is absolutely a gem and amazing. This is my 2nd time here. First the butler and the staff are all very friendly. My original butler Naan even came by to say hi to us. Saleem our butler this time was helpful and easy to get ahold of. We had 24/7 Whatsapp access and he took care of everything for us including logistics for leaving, sea plane, dinner and activities. The house reef was spectacular. We stayed in a overwater villa again and it was well appointed, clean, modern. In pool breakfast and a trip via jet ski ride to the sand bar is a must. I highly recommend this resort"
