When someone reaching your hotel for check-in, firstly please offer them some seat to take rest ( maybe they were tired with travel) & give some refreshment like juice or something.. Otherwise, I had a great stay."

The breakfast the location and just over all everything about this hotel was superb. The pool area was massive and so was the Hilton’s which guests can also make use of. Amazing hotel. "

"The hotel is very nice, service is well intentioned, overly polite as per training but insincere as requests for later check out rejected - unless we pay extra. Magnanimous gesture they finally offered a 30 minute extension! I requested 2 hours, so I wasn’t being unreasonable. The pool area is the highlight but inadequate number of sunbeds for guests so we missed out and sat at bar table. We decided to hire a car but when we arrived for the ‘free’ guest car parking, people had double and triple...
