From the moment we arrived to our departure we were welcomed as if it was our home. The hotel décor is exquisite, the views breath taking and the management & staff professional & friendly. Sadly we had a long journey ahead, so unable to enjoy an extensive and beautifully presented choice for breakfast.

It was lovely through and through! They did have some refurbishment going on but actually never impacted our stay whatsoever! The staff are an absolute delight too! Nothing is ever too much trouble! And the full buffet and cooked breakfast at 9€ was a bonus for us as it was well worth the money!

Very good team conscientious about Covid cleaning. Only real issue was the hotel shepherd's dog who barked last at 22h50 and started again at 05h50 ... Management should take care of this issue.

Our stay at Sarrato Aparthotel was absolutely wonderful. The cosy studio had everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Standard double room was cosy. Balcony made up for it.Ski resort was a 15 minute drive up the mountain. Bus only at weekends. So car park was busy. Skiing was excellent for all standards. Local atmosphere in Benasque was wonderful. It is best not to book evening meals as there is so much choice. Next year a gondola will be available from Benasque to Cerler. Definitely coming back.
