"From check in to check out our experience was a very positive one. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We found the pool and other facilities well maintained and clean. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We hope to visit Hungary again and this hotel will be top of our list. "

"It was very good! The Hotel is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Free parking is a great plus. The Deluxe Room was nothing special, the food was very underwhelming, the staff was ok but not welcoming and they couldn't accomodate to have the room set up with the "lovers (?)" package while we went for dinner. It was either at check-in or nothing. Which doesn't make sense. I was overcharged for bycicles, but after returning to point it out, it was quickly solved and i was refunded. Overall...

"The pitiful thing is was not able to change towels although i have used it for wellness. But also dinner was a buffet with all similar ingredients so if you stay more than 2nights you will see how much things are mutual from yesterday."

"Good location and parking, nice staff, nice pools but this year the pools were not as clean as before (some mold in the outside pool), mattresses too soft and worn out, the rooms overlooking restaurant noisy because of the ventilators."

"The property is well-situated in the center of Heviz with lots of shopping and dining opportunities. The rooms are spacious and the layout is very modern and comfortable. The bathroom has a spacious shower. The only negative I have is that the bed was quite hard."

"This is a beautiful hotel built in the late 1800s. It features great and rich designs, however, it has seen it's better days, and needs some maintenance. At the time of the stay the AC wasn't working, and the SPA was closed. However stay was still pleasant overall. "
