"Property parking was not convenient and instructions for.parking were not clear. Instructions for HVAC system and television were also difficult to discern and required staff assistance. Americans use ice in their drinks and it was NOT AVAILABLE. The bartender did not want to provide more than a cupfull. WE ARE USED TO ICE BUCKETS"

"CitizenM is excellent. The rooms are smaller but very well designed. The shower is great. The bed is very comfortable. I wish I had the same at home. The hotel is right next to the old city. Just walk up the stairs across the street to many views, shops and restaurants. We found the iPad to be too complicated, even tho we are both tech savvy. Needs an upgrade. Some things are easier without this “convenience” such as turning on lights manually and using a remote for the TV. We gave up on the iPad and streamed a movie from my phone. Generally a very inviting hotel with great staff and a good breakfast, including espresso or any coffee desired. Nice sitting areas on the ground floor make up for the smaller room. "

"This was a wonderful property. We had a lake view room and it was a very beautiful view. The room was huge! There was a welcome gift when we arrived. This was a more modern hotel with many options (including ice). "

"Delicious breakfast, welcoming staff, great decor, so conveniently located. One of my towels was unfortunately a bit stained and the rooms are not that soundproof, but everything else was super!"

"Gave us the top floor, climbing that spiral stairs was a work out! Besides that location was good, close to port, transportation and restaurant. Public parking expensive if you have car. I would stay here again, but only if I get a first floor room."

"Good affordable stay within 5 mins of the airport/ train station / bus terminal. Easy access for all routes aswel as a small free gym and sauna and free private transfer back n forth, just jump in the mini bus labeled nash suites, it goes to all 3 nash hotels. Coffee machine and microwave in rooms adequate space very clean and modern. Free tourist travel card from reception and free wifi."
