"This must be the best motel I have stayed at. Friendly check in. Easy to have a meal at the adjoining pub with friendly staff. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. No dust bunnies under the bed. Our stay was for overnight to make the final drive to catch the ferry so much more relaxing. A late checkout was no problem. It is off the main A1 highway so very quiet. I highly recommend a stay."

"We had a lovely, peaceful stay. My husband and I along with our son, his wife and two year old daughter had a wonderful five days in Lucindale. Our grand daughter loved the paddymelons, that were always grazing on the lawns. Surprisingly we were patient enough to see two of the resident platypus in one of the prettiest ponds I have seen. The bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable and the kitchen had all appliances needed to cook a family meal, although there are plenty of restaurants...

10/10 Excellent

"Communication was excellent and very helpful from the host. We were advised by email that as it was off season not much would be open and there is no petrol station. She explained that we could purchase supplies and petrol from New Norfolk. The house was spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner which did heat up the lounge and kitchen area very well. However, we would like to suggest another a/c be installed in the main bedroom. The bed had electric blankets and we were very warm. Parking was free and we were able to park the car in front of the house. The property is located close to Mt Field and many beautiful walks. Thank you for a lovely stay."
