"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. "We had a lot of our family staying here at Tanoa and let me say our experience was just amazing! Everyone here is so friendly and very helpful. The AC is one of the best, nice and cool air. Every staff was so friendly and helpful. The ladies cleaning our room always made it feel so much cleaner every time we came back to our room. We will definitely come back and stay here at Tanoa! "

"Chateau Royalw was wonderful. It is kept spotlessly clean and the staff go out of there to help you with anything you need. The pool area is beautiful and the bar will come by with free mini drinks or fruit to help you keep cool. The spa is excellent, we had two different treatments and they were both worth every penny.
