"Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip."

"Hotel is situated 5-6 kms from Ernakulam city limits.I stayed there along with my family for 2 days. I preferred this hotel because of the name " Gokulam Gopalan" who is a well known business man in Kerala.As far as property is concerned, it's quiet beautiful. But I was really disappointed with the attitude & behaviour of staff, especially the front office staff. They are not trained enough to be courteous & pleasant towards the guests.
