"2 en-suite rooms which were loved. Air con in all rooms which were perfect in the summer heat. Very friendly staff and full access to amenities at any time. "

"the tree lodge rooms need some maintenance-very shabby and not clean-the beds were clean but the verandah needs to be cleaned-bird poop on the railings, quite dusty etc. DO NOT like the crocodile enclosure its unnecessary and boring. Staff could not do enough-they were awesome SITEMBILE the bar lady was AMAZIING"

"Unfortunately the renovation spoilt our stay. It clearly stated on the web site renovations were completed. It indicates wifi available in rooms...it was not. When we asked the receptionist she was surprised and said she would send someone to sort it out. My husband had a conference call at 1am....never got assistance. The door to cabin didn't fit the frame. Bathrooms desperate for up grade. Staff in dining room great and food was very nice. Guide Lucky very friendly. Would we go back...not...

"We arrived and there was no staff, service or food service. We were directed bt security to walk down a path to a cottage in the Bush. The place had no guests. We didn't stay. The hotels.com site description was very misleading."
