"Luxurious and delicious breakfast with lot of variety"

"All clean and very good"

"..everything's good, but they lack services like valet, buggy ull get only once to drop you to your building. HK is really very slow."

"Clean room and friendly staff!"

"Beautiful property with friendly staff and tasty food."

"Room was clean and spacious. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing."

"Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year. "

"If you would like a clean and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Kolkata, this is your place."

"Clean room, courteous staff and good food. "

"Excellent stay at an affordable price"

"Gopal our housekeeping person was excellent and always helped us. Hotel however has many problems such as low toilet flush pressure, low water pressure in shower, even though we were three people in 2 rooms check-in person refused to give us 2 keys for the double occupancy room - that meant we always had to ask for access. Overall is fine for short stay but not the best for long 2 week stay like ours. Staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful so no issues on that"

"Friendly and very helpful staff, we got early check in,highly recommend this pace!!"
