I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. "What a wonderful alternative to a traditional hotel. This unit has two bedrooms, a very comfortable living space, kitchen, and access to the building's wonderful amenities! (Amenities include: underground parking, a 34th floor roof top hot tub, gym, large common space, and sauna). The location is directly across from MEC and is within blocks from several pubs and restaurants. "

"Beautiful nice to have washer and dryer. No air conditioning during stampede no parking so have to pay parking meter every 3 hours til 6pm starting at 8 am."

"The one bedroom suite was great, very nicely decorated and layout. The neighbourhood was not very nice. Wasn’t able to park in parade so I had walk always for free parking. The suite was very warm and the heat didn’t seem to be adjustable by the thermostat. I was able to check in early which was awesome but they weren’t answering the phone so I had to drive to office to confirm it was ok. Wifi also did not work. Overall very nice suite to stay in. "
