"Gorgeous hotel overlooking Lake Lugano with a very large infinity pool. Very spacious rooms, lovely marble everywhere and large balconies. Excellent facilities - pools, exercise equipment, exercise classes, delicious breakfast, great gourmet dinners and tasty bar. The grounds and gardens are lovely with incredible plants and trees."

"Very nice hotel on the lakeside that i have stayed at before around 10 years ago & it didn't disappoint to return to, very nice helpful staff throughout the hotel, lovely location, nice room, great breakfast, great kids play room with so many toys,gym & pool area good,pinsa in the restaurant was amazing, disappointed to leave & so was my 5 year old great granddaughter who said we should of stayed 10 days. Great location"

"For the Locarno Film Festival, the location was excellent with both free city buses and the festival shuttle coming right in front of the hotel. Rooms were in excellent shape, and the breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and very friendly!"
