"We have stayed at Punthill often as it suits us for location. The Hotel is quiet, there is plenty of parking, rooms are large and spacious - we like the 2 bed open plan. There is a well equipped kitchenette if youwant to eat in."

"Convenient location. We arrived at 5.30pm (public holiday) and left 8:30 next morning..did not see a staff member the whole time. Even went looking in the morning so we could get some milk and coffee...nothing. Room was comfortable, but lacking the normal amenities. 3 coffee bags for 2 people does not cut it. NO normal tea bags. Im not sure that I would stay again.. I don't expect 5 star but I do think that when staying in a well branded Hotel chain, we should get better than this Abode provides. "
