"My wife and I were looking forward to a romantic night away, we'd booked the room months in advance and we had driven over a hundred miles of our 150 mile journey to get there when the hotel rang us to say that they'd given our room to someone else!!! However they were willing to pay for a B&B for us... Needless to say we turned around and made the trip back home again. This is a terrible way to treat customers, and I would definitely not risk making another booking at this hotel."

"Home from home with a lovely personal service. Our host took a interest in us & in our itinerary while in west Cork & made us feel very much at home"
