It was nice to have a refrigerator to use and to make a breakfast in the morning. The room was quiet and bed was fine. The hotel has been updated and is well kept. "A decent hotel & great choice in Holbaek. It can get noisy if there is a function & there’s no soundproofing between floors- so ask for the top floor. A bit light on breakfast choices especially if you’re a vegan & they do allow smoking in the courtyard which does drift into the rooms. But overall a good choice."

They had sent us an email late in the afternoon telling us about the situation, which we had not seen upon arrival. In the email, which we only read later, Musholm took responsibility for the double booking, but when we talked to them they blamed it on hotels.com (which was not true). "This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"Rart lille hotel, hvor jeg har overnattet 4 gange. Ligger midt i gågaden og er tæt på spisesteder, hvis hotellets restaurant ikke er åben. "

Had some trouble finding it in the dark and were worried about missing check-in time (our fault for not having read the instructions carefully enough) but managed in the end. Unstable wifi but were prepared based on previous guest reviews. Excellent place to be if many want to plan a gathering. Would definitely stay there again. Thank-you!"

"Værelse/badeværelse trænger generelt til renovering. Restaurant og mad er god dog er er prisen lidt i den dyre ende.Morgenmad var ok. Hotellet ligger ved et flot naturområde med græssende køer.Ingen problemer med parkering. Lidt surt at der er weekend tillæg på 200kr. Alt i alt havde vi en god lørdags overnatning."
