The staff was incredibly kind and you could tell they take pride in their business. I felt safe and secure and I will always come back to them. I got very frustrated and delayed for a while after they called a manager he finally told me to give me a room as if it was by pity. Too much light issues in this hotel. Sometimes every 15min. Anytime any person passes by my room I hear it and it disturbs my sleep…"
