"Beach, activities, Pool and cleanliness and staff are really nice. Staff appeared not sufficient informed sometimes. Paying/Renting the safe is ridiculous. The hammam needs restoration as it looks, smells and is old. A cockroach appeared while I was in the Hammam. Overall our stay was pleasant and the warm hearts of the staff made it really nice."

"The property is close to the touristic route of Midoun in Djerba. The beach is nice and clean. The problem starts with the swimming pool which is not clean and quite hazardous sometimes with bits of broken plactic from the edges. The water slides closes at 5pm, which is quite early. The room is acceptable but the bathroom needs restoration as the curtens can't retain water within the shower area. The towel are really old with holes sometimes. "Property was falsely advertised. Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . Would not recommend this property. I am still waiting for a refund which Expedia is organsing as this was a terrible experience and introduction to Djerba and its people. property communucation"

Great pools and an excellent private beach. The staff were always there to help you and couldn’t do enough for you.
