"This was a really nice hotel - particularly for the money (I think we had the "deluxe" room, which was excellent). Very good breakfast, comfy bed, quiet, good showers etc. We were lucky with the parking, but it could be an issue. Aveiro is a pleasant place to stay a night en route to Porto, with some attractive Art Nouveau buildings. We didn’t have time for a gondola ride, but it looked like fun."

"Affordable, clean, safe, close to highway exit. We used our rental car for transportation to downtown Porto which was approximately 25 minutes with traffic. Parking was readily available outside of the hotel. McDonalds within walking distance for a quick bite. Basic breakfast was part of our rate. Check-in process needs streamlined-it took too long. Staff were helpful and pleasant. "

The staff could be more personable - one lady was more friendly. And the location was ok - backed up on apartments- it’s a bit out of range to the tourist spots yet close to some amazing restaurants. The coziness of the bed made up for it all. "
