"Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay."

"An excellent hotel that was clean, luxurious and a decent price. Sibtain the manager was super friendly. Having a restaurant next door is a huge positive. Definitely recommend this hotel whether you are solo or with family. "

"Communication online was good.Air conditioning wasn't working in the first room had to change the room.Toilet was not clean ,sheets were dirty after many attempts one clean pillow and duvet was provided.Location was good but due to lack of staff hotel looks and feels neglected.Overall won't recommend or stay again had to move out for few days during my 7 day stay.Pretty disappointed but can't complain about the staff on the door and some room service staff were good.
