"The staff was what made this hotel exceptional. Everyone from the housekeeping lady to the front desk was welcoming and helpful. I especially like the homemade jam and pastries at breakfast. Great value for money and an easy 20 minute downhill walk to the metro and train station."

"The property is centrally located and a perfectly fine hotel, even without the benefit of a lift/elevator. Unfortunately, the hotel neighbours a very noisy nightclub, the thumping music from which kept me awake every night until the very early morning hours. Not great when you have an early excursion the next day. The room was fine and generally clean though the bed linen did have an obvious tobacco odour. So central and value for money but not perfect."

"We stayed for 4 nights at Parkside Hotel in Baku. The front desk people & housekeeping were welcoming, friendly and eager to help. Breakfast consisted of a big spread of western and eastern food choices. The hotel is close to a metro station. It's within walking distance to small stores but not to restaurants. "This hotel is a hidden gem with spacious rooms and new amenities! The hotel management was very kind by helping me with an early check in and a late check out. On the other hand, I requested for a good view (at time of check in) instead they gave me a room with not just a view but a balcony as well which was not included in my booking. Staff are always smiling and helpful if you need any guidance. Their breakfast items were great in taste. The hotel is just a minute away from lovely Ataturk park...

"Very quiet, breakfast was good. Nice rooftop area for breakfast with view. Room is ok but shower doors leak and flood the bathroom. Bathroom has a sewage sweet at times. Good location but a bit hard to find."

"Apartments are fantastic, spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. apartments are outside the city by about 15 mins but there is a free shuttle several times a day or taxis are cheap and the service bus which stops outside is even cheaper. I would recommend a visit and loved Baku. "

"The staff were so very accommodating with any issues I had, and doing out of their way to help! The hotel is in a brilliant location just north of the touristy area so its quiet and out of the way but easily walkable. It may look like a rough part of Baku at first glance but after the first day it actually felt very safe and I could walk around at night no problem!"
