"Typical static caravan, it’s dated but it’s not run down. It reminds me of holidaying with my grand parents. It’s on the main road so there are times where it’s noisy - but that can’t be helped and it’s seriously not often. Site owners are thoroughly lovely, vey kind, knowledgeable and friendly. More than happy to approach you and have a genuine chat, not just pass the time or fake charm. The rest of the guests reflect this too. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. "Had a really enjoyable stay at the Red Lion Hotel in Spalding. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and full of character, and the location right in the town centre was perfect. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. The breakfast was very nice, and there is a lovely pub atmosphere downstairs. Great value for money and a genuinely warm, family-run feel. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Spalding."
