"The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

"The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

"The property was lovely suited our requirements as it had a ground floor bedroom, no need to go upstairs. Had everything we required. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. The only downside was it had not be cleaned properly, worksurfaces still had food debris and both sofas needed a vacuum over, plus they were stained. Would certainly recommend the house."

"Waste of my time submitting a review you so r post? Hotels.com? A waste of time.Turned up at our hotel and the entry code didn’t work. Because someone had changed the lock. Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. I tried searching the emails while he was on the line but had no 4G coverage so couldn’t open the attachments. Rang the given number again twice and both times got hung up on. By this time we were starting to wonder if we’d been scammed. My wife then rang and spoke to Noor who was brilliant. He said they’d tried to contact us (not sure how true that was) but we were not going to be staying at Villa Rose because of some technical issues at the hotel but would now be at The Carlton. This wasn’t ideal as we’d booked the Villa Rose to be near the Wetherspoons pub and the new hotel was a twenty minute walk away. However, The Carlton gave us two twin rooms and it was an okay hotel. "
