"Overall the experience was good. There were three things that prevented me from giving my review a higher score. First, the shower water pressure was not very strong. Second, the drain in the tub was clogged with what seemed like many, many, many past guests hair. Third was the overall outdated appearance of the room. "

"very cool, relax atmosphere, walk at your own pace to shopping mall, supermarket, favorite fast food. Clerk at desk welcomed us as we arrived earlier than checkin time Coffee is served early. Most of all just needed some comfort place safe for that period."

"I like that it was 25 minutes from Fenway Park in Boston. That it was next to a grocery store, shopping area and dunkin Donut in walking distance.Did not like the other staff that did not help at all when we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night"

"I’m someone who reads a lot of comments before making a choice and need to decide if the low ratings are people but picking or not. Going to say this was a great stay. We were in the city for 1 night. Check in went well. Friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We were in town the same time as graduation so there was some noice in the night but nothing crazy and nothing that we could fault anyone for. Easy access to get to and from Boston for a fraction of the Boston hotels...

"The manager who checked is in was amazing. However, it was obvious the location was vastly understaffed. I saw them (manager) working what seemed like 24/7. Barely saw any other employees. STOP UNDERSTAFFING"

"The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. We like to cook our breakfasts and occasionally dinners and the kitchen allows for all of that. Any items we needed and asked for were immediately delivered. Front desk folks were just great. "

"I liked the first floor location. The front desk person was hardly available when needed. No washing detergent available for purchase. I had to leave my room for 3 hours due to a visit from Ecolabs."

"Breakfast is great, so is the parking, stayed for 3 nights , smooth stay no issues in anything at all. Internet works good, location is great, Walmart right across, many restaurants within 5 minutes driving distance. "
