"I was told to book on the sunday and come at 12pm there was a bed in a dormitory for me. I arrive to the guy who was suppose to be in reception outside smoking. I called the mobile number it was the same guy who was outside smoking, he came in and said to me we do not take bookings Sundays after telling me on the phone to book and come. I wasted money on ubers because he wouldn't give me my bed that I had paid for. Absolutely terrible service. He couldn't care less."

"We recently stayed at a property that had some promising features, but unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was not up to par. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the house had not been cleaned. The most unsettling discovery was the presence of spiders throughout the entire house. This made for a very uncomfortable experience, as we had to spend our first night dealing with and eliminating them. "Was there to meet friends on one of the Sydney to Hobart yachts.....unbeknownst to me on booking this was a real yachties haunt! Loved the atmosphere, loved restaurant and bar, my booked accommodation way better than imagined whole week stay exceeded expectations! Would definitely stay again."
