(But need to request Locker PIN in advance) -ve: There was no reception that we needed to contact hotel staff via Expedia chat box. For the breakfast, limited choices and quantity of food were provided. If some hot food has been eaten by other guests who came earlier, there is no way to get it. Price a bit too high bearing these points in mind. "

"Self check in near to midnight worked seamlessly. Very short walk from the train station, centrally situated a short walk to the university, cathedral, harbour. Lots of cafes, shopping, very safe. Hostel was warmly heated so, very comfortable in cold January. Bathrooms clean, bed very comfortable and bedding clean. Hostel has a small kitchen if needed and there is a communal hairdryer stored there. too."

"Difficult to find the correct apartment as the instructions don't map reality. I get finally in and immediately sense how somebody has been smoking heavily in the apartment. I contact ed 2ndHomes and they neglected my mutliple messages"

"The cost of this property was exorbitantly out of line. It is a tiny property and had no amenities for cooking or storage. It would’ve been better to have booked a four star hotel, which was cheaper and had a free breakfast, sauna, complementary robes, and low priced lobby drinks. We feel ripped off."
