"The only criticism I have is that the showers didn’t have a ‘dry bit’ to keep towels and clothes etc while showering, I had to leave outside. Was a bit difficult to find but I think that’s just because of the roadworks. Everything else was fantastic, really really good value."

"They would not budge on the 2;00 check-in time. We arrived off of a cruise ship at 7:30am and were told nothing could be done until 2:00. There is nothing open in the are that early so we were forced to wander the area until 9:00 am when the castle opened. They did take care of our bags to their credit. The bag area was full when we returned so I think this happened often. The street it is on is hilly and was difficult for two different cans to find. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Breakfast was...

"The location is very good for walking around historic parts of Porto & accessing the Hop On Hop Off bus tour. It is a lovely old hotel with a lot of charm. The only complaint we had was that the cleaning staff did not vacuum the rug in the room before or during our 3 night stay."

"On arrival, the reception welcome was adequate but not anything more! It lacked enthusiasm and information about staying in the city of Lisbon, something that is needed for if you have never been to Lisbon before.Otherwise the hotel was clean quiet and good value for a city break. "

"Great location! right next to the Trindale metro station and supermarket is nearby. You can use the microwave(u need to ask for the staff) and coffee machine at the lobby. Posting the operation time for the coffee machine can be helpful for residents~"

"Over a smallish shopping mall with supermarket and cafes, and right next to IPO metro station with frequent trams to Porto's historic centre. Much cheaper then more central hotels, so offered excellent value for money."

"It is a great Hostel. It is located in Chiado, one of the best neighbors of Lisbon, close to 2 Metro Stations and Comboi Station. The hotel is clean and has a chicken where any guest can cook. Good breakfast is served every morning (it is included) qnd guys and girls who work there are very nice and friendly. I’d stay there again nect time I’ll to Lisbon"
