"Exceptional,Traditional, Family Run Hotel"
Just spent a fantastic week at this wonderful family run town hotel, in Paphos old town, where I took my parents for a week of sun & relaxation. As my folks are advanced in years, I was looking for somewhere slightly away from the main tourist areas, whilst they remained still within reach. This, as it turned out. was the perfect spot.
I chose this particular hotel based on previous reviews and though sceptical, given the 2 star rating, was willing to take a chance. One of the previous reviewers referred to the hotel as a 'little gem' and they couldn't have been more accurate.
The hotel is well positioned, with an elevated position, overlooking the most recent development of the town towards the port and with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean, which, from the bar & breakfast areas, provides for a spectacular view, on an evening, of the setting sun.
Our rooms were immaculate and though not luxuriously or extensively furnished, were perfectly adequate for any duration. Whilst we opted for the economy rooms, located to the rear of the property, we were all very pleasantly surprised with the location & facilities on offer.
All rooms have air conditioning, TV and fridges, with well equipped & maintained bathroom facilities, with what to me was British inspired design and standards. There are also UK power sockets in the rooms, with razor charging points in the bathroom.
Most rooms have an accessible Juliette balcony.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone.
