"First of all, Expedia was useless, we had an issue on check-in because I received a late notification of the required deposit and the helpline was automated. On the other hand, the receptionist from the hotel managed to solve my issue, but the APP should be clearer with the information. The hotel is very well located, 24hours reception and you can order food anytime. Only the cleaning could be better, from the day I checked in, the bathroom didn't look clean and always smell coming from the pipes. Plus, banging doors, so a bit noisy. The customer service was priceless, so that made it worth it!"

"Staff member walked into the room when I had just come out the shower, even though she had knocked and I had asked her to wait. She ignored me saying it was urgent because they had detected smoke from their fire system. It was actually the steam from the shower that had set this off!"
