"Raheen House hotel is my go to hotel in Tipperary.
Beautiful grounds and one of the best rooms I have stayed in during 40 years of travelling. Very comfortable with all the extras, very helpful and polite staff, and excellent breakfast. I will be back."

"This is an unmanned hotel. You must use your phone with an app to get in. The rooms are small but have most of what you'll need. The automatic lights in the bathroom are
Horrible!! in the middle of the night when you have to go the bathroom. UGH.
Definitely close to all amenities and the castle grounds. The Left Bank was a great bar."

"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might...
