"Beautiful peaceful property on the outskirts of town. You can also use the facilities of the larger hotel below the boutique hotel including their private beach. Location is off the beaten path so having a car would be useful for sightseeing. The staff is unbelievably helpful and willing to work with Google translate if you are English speaking. Hazel really helped us and kept smiling and being kind despite our dumb questions. Pictures are very accurate and pool area is a true oasis."

"Otel deneyimimizden çok memnun kaldık. Otel bir aile tarafından işletiliyor ve herkes çok güleryüzlü, anlayışlı, müşterilerini memnun etmek için ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapıyorlar. Temizlik ve hijyen harika. Hiçbir kusur yok. Kahvaltı günümüz gıda fiyatları düşünüldüğünde oldukça iyi. Tek sorun otelin konumu. Otel Avşa adasının merkezinde ve feribot iskelesine 100 m. mesafede.
