Communal kitchen and lounge area available for guests. Unfortunately, untidy, not clean, utensils, crockery and appliances tacky, some broken and not clean. Poor housekeeping and maintenance of all areas. Outdoor areas not well maintained. Grass too long, slippery areas where a proper path or steps could help, rubbish bin overflowing.
