Delightful couple running a comfortable, clean and welcoming eatablishment

Everything about our stay was excellent, lovely comfortable rooms, jacuzzi, sauna, included breakfast, food options for the evening plus great wine! ♿ Very easy access and good facilities for mobility reduced guests. A friendly welcome and great service too makes us want to return soon. Highly recommended.

An excellent quiet and comfortable stay. The breakfast service and selection was outstanding. The staff member on duty also went out of his way to provide an early breakfast on the day of departure and to arrange a taxi to the station, for which I am most grateful. Highly recommended!

My wife, daughter (5 years), and I had a wonderful stay at Les Séraphines, and would highly recommend to all types of travellers, for either a family holiday, short city break or business trip. Guillaume and his staff could not have done more for us - always on hand to offer guidance or assistance. The accommodation is very peaceful despite being round the corner from main transport links, and a 20 minute walk from the city centre. It’s an excellent location. Our room was comfortable and clean,...

A beautiful old building in the heart of a beautiful old village but with all the modern conveniences. Great local restaurants. We will be going again.

Great staff, excellent breakfast, which catered for all needs, good, secure parking, and right on the the tram line into the old city - with a stop right outside the hotel.

We loved staying here. Comfortable, clean, very quiet and only a very short walk from the Chartrons tram stop. Brigitte is a welcoming and helpful host and the area around the property is great for food, drinks and interesting small shops. We will definitely be back.

Everything was as expected from a budget hotel, the best B&B Hotel we have stayed in

A nice, quaint place to stay in a good part of the city. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beware there is a steep winding staircase up to the rooms.

Fantastic location, friendly team

Really nice team, good location.

Great location right on the edge of Bordeaux's old town, with bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The room was rustic and full of character but had all the modern comforts you need: A hot shower, tea and coffee facilities, comfortable bed. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Our stay in this delightful old building (in the Chambre Quinconces) was wonderful - the location was perfect, in a quiet street despite being so close to the main shopping area and cathedral. The comfortable lounge area and simple but very enjoyable breakfast was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. For us it was the perfect choice and we would love to return if we visit Bordeaux again.
