I rate it "Average" because privacy can be compromised due to uninsulated walls between rooms, and you can practically hear conversations from the next room. It became too noisy throughout my stay, and I didn't experience much of "Quiet Time" due to the noise from the two adjoining rooms. "

"It's a nice place to stay and very convenient. However, the bathrooms and bedrooms are small. The living room is spacious... and the balcony is very spacious. It's near the beach but it's not a short walk."
