"Reception was great in giving us a ground floor room late in the day. Room could do with a spruce up - paint and a bit of attention to the skirting boards and bathroom door would be nice. A/C remote not working - quickly exchanged by reception with a replacement remote. First motel room I've stayed in where there was no extra roll of toilet paper - finding out at 5 am was not great! Despite being on a main road, room was quiet - no noise problems."

"Some of the door locks broken in the ladies bathrooms and the room we stayed in was clearly broken into through the door and patched but it made it had to open and close the door but the staff fantastic and super friendly just little maintenance needed"

"Reasonably priced and very central. Good breakfast, but extortionately priced by student standards ($12 I think). I couldn’t afford it so brought some small groceries from the supermarket. Staff were friendly, but a bit checked out. Could definitely use a deep cleaning as they smell like a locker room. Bathrooms were reasonably clean. "

"The Family Hotel is a traditional Hotel with friendly service and good honest value for money. My room was clean with a comfortable bed. The shared bathrooms were clean and the Hot Water Beautiful. The breakfast room was a welcome offering with Weetbix and Coco Pops. Plenty of Tea and Coffee too. The meals in the dining room are great value and taste good too. "We had a wonderful stay at Wyangala Dam all staff where wonderful, just hope you don’t get Barbara in my 53 yrs of hospitality I have never met a ruder woman. We stayed at Lake Burrendong than Lake Grabine than Lake Wyangla for 2 weeks all under the Reflections Holiday Parks. Wonderful lakes truly magical."
